“Best experience with Martin”

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 young children and after much research into the best transportation to visit Chichen Itza, we settled for Cancun Cab. Tour buses are the same price but we did not want to be herded like cattle and logistically, with children in tow, a set schedule and pace wouldn't be our best option. Also, you waste one hour each way, picking up and dropping off other tourists along the hotel zone and the ruins being already 2.5 hours away, we did not want to waste another hour. Our driver Martin arrived on time, greeted my family with a professional appearance and a warm smile at 7 am, and assisted us with our luggage and fastening our seat belts. The van was spacious, clean and had one complimentary car seat. We were very relaxed and comfortable and knew that we made the right choice on this company. We had the best time of our lives visiting the great ruins of Chichen Itza, the beautiful historic town of Valladolid and the Cenote. Martin, our driver either accompanied us to all the stops even all the way to the cenote to take our photos. He waited patiently during the tour of the ruins and had the ESP powers to predict when we exited the archaeological site. He helped my wife haggle for a few souvenirs while we made a short to Valladolid. This is a highly professional cab and tour company with reasonable prices and spacious vans. Thank you Martin for driving excellently and showing my family the best day we've had in Mexico. I will recommend this company and you to all my friends and co-workers who plan to visit the Yucatan Peninsula.

“Perfect service”

“Highly recommend”

We used Cancun cab to get from the airport to our resort (about 30 mins south) and back. We had booked ahead of time and the driver was shouting our name to get our attention at the very busy airport! I have zero complains about the ride either way - the vans were in excellent condition, the drivers were very friendly, and they arrived slightly early to get us back to the airport promptly. Would definitely use again.

“Cancun Cab”

Our resort didn't include transportation back to the airport. They wanted to charge us $20 per person! I looked up Cancun Cab on Trip ADvisor and decided to utilize thier services. They were great! They arrived a little early got us to the airport promptly. Excellent customer service. I had a couple of questions and was e-mailed quick responses! I would highly recommend it!

“Outstanding transfer service”

We had a last minute flight change from CLE to CUN. I sent an email to Cancun Cab / Blue Oval about our itinerary change but couldn't get a reply due to electronic flight restrictions. Our flight arrived about three hours earlier than the transfer I had scheduled. As we exited the airport in Cancun, there was our driver billboard in hand with our name on it. “Best Transportation in Cancun and South”

Found the Cancun Cab website, which was easy to use to obtain pricing and make reservations. Their driver was waiting for us when our plane arrived with a very nice van that could take the 10 of us 50 miles South to Akumal. He was both very pleasant and helpful. We bought round trip transportation so he gave us the schedule of when we would be picked up for our return to the airport. That driver was equally pleasant and early picking us up. Their pricing is excellent and they don't pick up other passengers going to other places, which could add hours to reach our destination. VERY ORGANIZED! And, I have already recommended them to other travelers.

“On Time, Convenient, and Comfortable”

Nice to have transportation booked ahead. They wait for you with your name on a sign. You get your own vehicle. If you pre-pay for round trip you save a little money. Make sure if you don't pre-pay with PayPal, you have the cash on hand for the driver. Our driver made a stop on the way to the resort for us

“Awesome Service to Cancun Airport!”

Recently needed transportation to Cancun Airport from Playa del Carmen and then a couple of hours later a drop off at the ADO station. After hearing my concerns about security at our. condominium, I was assured that our driver would pick us up on time. He arrived a few minutes early! Spoke English (which is a bonus for me even though I am trying to learn Spanish), and got us to the airport in plenty of time for my sister´s flight. He came back to the airport after her flight departed and transported us to the ADO where we were early for our ride back to Merida. Everyone I worked with at Cancun Cab is helpful, courteous and proactive. Will definitely use them again.

“Trust-worthy and Convenient”

My group and I wanted to travel to Market 28 and Plaza Las Americas from the Breathless Riviera resort. When I checked with the hotel, they charged more money for a scheduled shopping tour vs. Cancun-cab who gave us a driver that operated on our time schedule. I made the arrangements the same day and the driver took us to both places where we shopped as long as we pleased. He was very accommodating and stayed available in the parking area until we were ready to leave. This is a safe, affordable cab company and I highly recommend them.

“Superb in every way”

We booked many round trips with Cancun Cab. This included a dolphin swim, a catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres and a night on the town and karaoke. We had three different drivers. All were exceptional. We were treated courteously, with kindness and felt like royalty. When we went out for karaoke, we were told about a place that used English lyrics. We were dropped off and as we entered the business, we were told that it was a private club. Thankfully, the driver had waited to ensure that we got into the club safely. He came running up, asking what was wrong. Thank goodness he was there for us. He then took us to a second place that wasn't doing karaoke that night. He then took us to a third place where we stayed for about three hours. He waited for us the entire time. Julio went above and beyond exemplary customer service. His quality of care is like nothing found in the U.S. There were other times that he protected us and watched over us. We ALWAYS felt safe with him, and we tipped him very well for his kind assistance. This company arrived on time, and most often was already waiting on us ten minutes in advance of pick-up time. Marlene, who is part of Cancun Cab, and I spoke frequently through the WhatsApp program. She was always helpful, even when she personally was on vacation. I STRONGLY recommend this company. The U.S. lacks severely with the attitude and customer service with their cab companies. The Cancun Cab company puts all U.S. companies to shame.

“Great service”

I had a great experience! It was easy booking our cab to and from the airport! My flight was changed at the last minute and I was able to email and get a prompt responce back to reschedule my pick up time from the airport. Our pick up time from the resort to the airport was right on time without any problems! Their drivers were pleasent and very professional. Their prices were the cheapest! I really recommend them for your mode of transportation!

“They were on time, clean, friendly, and very economical with direct transportation from the airport.”

We used their service from Cancun airport to playa de Los mujeres. They were waiting with a sign with our name and even had a bottle of water for each of us. The nice part was it was a private direct trip. The hotels recommended service was going to be $100 each way, but we found this service through tripadvisor and paid less than half that for round trip. Our return trip was scheduled when we arrived so we didn't have to think about it on our last day of vacation. The vehicles are unmarked on the outside but everyone has uniforms and signs for reviews inside the vehicles. Very pleased with the service of both Victor and Jose.

Muy puntualmente nos esperaron con un letrero con nuestro nombre. Muy buen trato de los choferes. La unidad que nos recolecto al llegar era una hermosa suburban en condiciones excelentes. Ya la recoleccion en el Hotel era una camioneta que si requiere un poco mas de mantenimiento, pero el chofer muy gentil y atento.

“Exceptional Service”

Marlene from Cancun Cab is the best! I had difficulty using the website, so I emailed the company and Marlene took care of everything while I was in-flight. “Best ride from the airport to Playa Del Carmen”

I just used Cancun Cab for the first time and they are Great!

We were picked-up on time, both times (coming-in and returning to the airport). The van was comfortable, cool and well maintained. Our driver, both times, was Javier and he is a true Mexican Gentleman!

I plan to use Cancun Cab on all future trips. Their price is cheaper than the shuttle offered by the tour company, you go straight to your hotel, and, you don't waste any time at the airport. (A couple on the plane with us stayed at the same hotel we did in Playa. They used the shuttle offered by the tour company and arrive 90 minutes after we did.)

PS - and if you think the cost is too high, please understand that there's a USD $20 government tax on each pickup and drop-off. So please tip your driver, they aren't making near the money you think they are.

Contrate la transportación redonda con llegada el 23 y salida el 30 de Mayo, al principio, tenia un poco de inseguridad, por ser la primera vez que contrataba sus servicios, pero el trato inicial fue excelso y el servicio ha sido excelente de principio a fin: honestidad, puntualidad, amabilidad. We use them when in Mexico area of Cancun/playa etc. Always on time and is private transport for hardly much more! So go point to point without waiting like the others for the van to fill up and then have to stop at every hotel. You do not have to do that with these folks!

“Excellent customer service............”

We used Cancun Cab for transfers from the airport to our hotel and back. Both drivers, Javier and Alberto, were professional and courteous. “Excellent direct cheap way to travel in Cancun”

I had originally used other transportation means to get to Cancun/playa de carmen locations and was glad I found this place... here is why. It cost $50 roundtrip to go from Airport to Westin Lagunamar (the hotel charges $90!!) and it was direct to hotel and direct to airport without making any stops and picking up anyone. The drivers were nice and friendly. This is worth it as the transportation options from airport are expensive; apparently this service also can go to Mexican Riviera and the mayan ruins so inquire if interested.

“Transportation to relieve all worries!”

This was our fist trip to Cancun and naturally we had our concerns of the dreaded walk out of the airport.

Booking online prior to arrive with Cancun Cab made our airport transfer easy as 1-2-3. This highly professional and always dependable company does things right.

Great service door to door. Our flight was delayed into Cancun by 2 hours, but they were waiting for us with a smile and a "no problem." Been using Cancun Cab for 3 years already for my frequent trips to the Riviera Maya area. These peope run a professional business. My husband and I own a car service in the NYC area so we know what it takes. Easy reservations and really the best prices I;ve found for a private transfer. I've always had a clean, air conditioned car with a polite, courteous driver.

Atterrati a Cancun avevamo prenotato al Bahia Principe Tulum e cercavamo qualcuno che ci aiutasse nel trasferimento. Ho chiesto diversi preventivi e devo dire che Cancun Cab è stato il più competitivo. Seri e professionali, hanno risposto immediatamente a tutte le mie richieste e mi hanno inviato insieme alla conferma una spiegazione dettagliata del servizio e di come riconoscere il loro personale una volta in aeroporto evitando così spiacevoli fregature 'locali'... Ci hanno aspettato all'arrivo del nostro aereo con il classico cartello con il nostro nome scritto sopra, ci hanno portato in hotel e nel giorno stabilito della partenza ci sono venuti a riprendere perfetti e puntuali all'orario concordato. Pagamento all'arrivo in contanti, niente anticipo... Lo consiglio!

“Airport transfer”

On arrival to Cancun Airport, we had a very nice cab with an equally nice driver waiting for us to take us to Tulum.

We asked for a car seat for out 2-year old, and they had arranged a very fresh looking one. The driver gave us a voucher for the return trip which we used to pay with PayPal. They arrived exactly when we asked them to, but the car was not nearly as nice as the first one, although it wasn't bad - that's the only thing that makes the rating lower than 5.

“Great Cab Service”

Visited Riviera Maya this past weekend and used Cancun Cab based on great reviews online. They were certainly correct. “Expectations were exceeded”

On a recent trip to Mexico (visiting Puerto Morelos), we entrusted our transfers to Cancun Cab. As frequent visitors to the area, we will absolutely continue to use this company. The experience was excellent from start to finish. After searching Google, I came across Cancun Cab and decided to go with them because they were the cheapest and seemed to offer what everyone else offered. We were very happy with the service! It is worth the $. We stayed at the Iberostar Cancun (Hotel Zone 1) and the transfer to and from the airport was $65. We paid on arrival (bring exact change). We were greeted with a sign with our name on it and the friendly greeter had a small gift for my 2 girls (excellent first impression!). He called the driver over which took a few minutes because the airport was super busy. We were also so excited so it probably seemed like longer than it was. Any airport has traffic, so this has nothing to do with Cancun Cab. When we got in the private vehicle the driver Pedro offered us cold water. We really appreciated that. Pedro didn't say a word to us the whole trip but got us there in jig time. We were happy! The agent that greeted us at the airport reviewed our return pick up time which we amended slightly and sure enough they picked us up at our hotel right on time for departure day. Javier picked us up and he was fabulous. He chatted to us the entire way back to the airport about Hotels we saw, about life in Mexico, lots of interesting things. His English was excellent. Using Cancun Cab was easy, and you don't have to stop at 5 other hotels on your way to drop people off. I recommend them!.

“So professional.”

We used Cancun Cab to transfer us from the airport to Puerto Aventuras in February and take us back to the airport in March. Our driver was Alberto and he was very courteous, professional, well spoken, and a very good driver. We were picked up at the exact right time.The car was spotless, air conditioned, and had some great music playing. “Easy Rider”

Thought i would share a basic need. Something that we all do on a regular basis. "Getting from Point A to Point B". Had 3 transfers with Cancun Cab: CUN(Airport) to Secrets Capri; Secrets Capri to the Intercontinental El Presidente, then back to CUN.

From the Dispatch waiting with a huge smile even though our flight was over 30 minutes late. He had me believing we would have to wait an hour for our ride due to this schedule change.."Joke".

All 3 drivers and rides were commendable. I know it may not sound like much but Charm goes a long way when you are sitting in someone else's car for 45 minutes.

I only remember 2 of the drivers' names, the last 2: Daniel and Xavier. The dispatch and first driver's names were erased after 7 great days and nights of "Vacationing". Mea Culpa

So, i'm saying Thanx to Cancun Cab for a job very well done.

Xavier is now my favourite (in Canada we write in ENGLISH (Favourite) and not American (Favorite)) Cab driver outside of Manhattan. The next time i book Cancun Cab, which i will, that i am certain, Xavier will be on the top of my request list. The other 2 drivers were very good, it's simply that Xavier was "Wunderbar"!.

“Getting the bang for your buck”

We just returned from Cancun and using Blue Oval/Cancun cab for our transport to and from the airport. They fulfilled what they advertised. They gave excellent direction to find them once we arrived and arrived promptly when collecting us for the return trip. Special cudos to Umberto and Javier as our charming drivers. “Amazing, On-Time Service”

I was a bit nervous about flying into Cancun without any idea about what I would be facing. Well, Cancun Cab more than delivered on their promise. They were exactly where they said they were going to be when they said it. We purchased the round trip from airport to hotel and they were waiting for us at the Airport and then they were exactly on time to get us at our hotel. No hassles at all!! They were courteous and gave us a pick-up sheet with the time we needed to be in front of the hotel for the return to the airport. Juan Carlos gave us the return trip and was very friendly and professional. This is the only service I'll use when I return!!.

I booked this service from cancun airportt to a private residence in a small town. the service went without a hitch. all my emails were answered promptly, and although our plane arrived three hours late, the driver was waiting at the airport and we were immediately taken to our car which was new . the driver was polite. and had no trouble taking us tour destination. “Going above and beyond”

If you are travelling to Cancun, Playa del Carmen or the Mayan Riviera and want to make sure that you start your vacation on a positive and worry-free note, do not hesitate to contract the transportation services that this amazing company provides. My family and I travelled to the Mayan Riviera last November to attend my brother's wedding. We were travelling from Canada with two children under 5. The trip itself to Cancun was not easy. We experienced delays with our planes and encountered a huge customs line up as soon as we got to the Cancun airport. We were tired and thirsty and a bit cranky I must say. Our driver however, was very sympathetic. He must have understood what we had gone through and so as soon as he finished putting our luggage in the trunk of his car (which by the way was SPOTLESS) he offered us ice-cold bottles of water, he turned on the air conditioning and tuned in to a relaxing radio station. He knew we were heading to the Mayan Riviera but was very accommodating when we asked him whether we could add a last minute request. A few days before departing, my husband was asked to wear a traditional ensemble of clothes for the wedding known as a Guayabera. A Guayabera is a cotton and linen shirt that very traditional of Mexican beach weddings. We looked for guayaberas online prior to our departure but couldn't find anything that we liked. When we told our driver about it, he recommended a few places in the downtown Cancun area and offered to take us there before dropping us at our hotel. He knew where the best stores were located and was unbelievably kind when he waited for my husband to try different styles at the store and choosing one of his liking. Who does that this day and age? He could have remained quiet when we told him about our ordeal, drop us at the hotel and return to the airport to service another client. Instead, he drove us around town, suggesting many reputable places and providing helpful advice. Our experience returning to the airport at the end of the trip was no different. We got yet another amazing driver who picked us up right on time in an equally spotless SUV and who was equally accommodating of our requests. The group of people running this company surely know what they are doing. I am giving them a 5 out of 5 rating and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to this beautiful area.

“Excellent service and rates”

All of our vacations have included a return transfer from the Cancun airport but they are public and always involve dropping off other vacationers at various resorts on the way to your destination....painful. The extra cost to avoid this is well worth the $$. Cancun Cab had the best rates out of 10 that I looked at and the service was top notch. No waiting.....had a sign with my name on it as soon as I walked out of the airport. No need to confirm pickup when the vacation was over either....they were there as promised at the end of the vacation. We also used them for a day excursion. Isla Mujeres would have been $120 per person if arranged through the on-site hotel options however by using Cancun Cab for transportation we were able to plan our own trip/timing for less than half of that with the ferry ride and a golf cart included. Consider this for any day trip that you may plan anywhere in Mexico.....you can always get a much better deal if you build your own day trips. “Cancun-cab was terrific, and reasonable”

We arranged prior to leaving for Cancun, for Cancun-cab to pick us up at the airport and for them to then return upon our leaving the resort. We made reservations for and payed for round trip when they picked us in order to save another $10. They were there at the airport waiting for us as promised and were there at the hotel ON TIME we did not have to confirm with them, they had water for us and were polite and reliable, I would absolutely use them again.

“Best Cancun/Maya Riviera Transfer Ever!!!!”

I've been coming into the Cancun airport and going to resort row and the "Riv" for over 20 years now. I've cabbed it, taken communal vans, busses, private cars, you name it. It has always been a hassle one way or another.

Finally I've found the perfect transfer company!! This trip we had an absolutely perfect experience with Cancun Cab. From the confirmation with explicite and precise pickup instructions to the greeter actually being EXACTLY where we were directed, to the absolutely BEST driver in Cancun (Javier Xu), we could not have been happier.

We were staying in PDD on the beach this time and our 40 minute trip down was a fun-filled ride complete with a supplemental English/Spanish lesson conducted by Javier. He is a true delight and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. The only thing better than the ride down was finding him in the lobby of our hotel to meet us (on time) for our exit ride back to the airport a week later!!

Cancun Cab [cancun-cab.com] is the best way to connect to your resort when traveling to Riviera Maya. My family I just got back from a trip and they provided fabulous transportation to and from our hotel. The driver was very punctual courteous and the SUV was clean and very comfortable. Everything from the pick up at the airport to the return trip from the resort was outstanding and extremely professional. Of course the cost is very reasonable for this service and easily compares to other options, but you get door to door service instead of spending hours dropping off and picking up other guests.

Based on TA reviews we booked this firm to take us from Cancun airport to our overnight stop in Downtown Cancun. We booked via email and online communication was excellent. Our flight arrived slightly ahead of schedule but there was a representative waiting outside Arrivals for us, holding a board with our names on it so easy to spot amongst the numerous other cabbies waiting! The transfer was quick and problem free. Our driver was helpful and not slow in coming forward for a tip! Would use again.

I've used Cancun Cab twice now and they were right on time both both ways. Friendly service, clean vans. At $65 roundtrip per van to the hotel zone, it's a good deal. You can pay in advance online with a credit card or in cash when you get there. If paying in cash, just make sure you have the exact change.

We wanted reliable, reasonably priced, secure, private transportation from the airport to our hotel in the Hotel Zone. Everything happened as expected with no problems whatsoever. I had traveled here before and used a shuttle type transit, which was only a little less expensive, but made multiple hotel stops. Not Cancun Cab though. We paid cash for our round trip transit, had the vehicle to ourselves, were given water and had a perfect pick up for our return to the airport at the end of our stay. We tipped a couple of dollars per bag for each transit. The drivers were professional and very nice to us. We will only use Cancun Cab in the future.

“Prompt & good service”

I paid for the ride ahead of time. A person was waiting outside the terminal with our name on a placard and directed us to the van which was clean and even offered us cold water bottles. We booked Cancun Cab on line when we knew we needed a cab from the airport to Akumal Bay. It was very easy to book on-line. Did not have to pay on-line, just agreed to pay in cash for the round trip once we arrived in Cancun.

There was a sign with our last name and the trip to Akumal was fast and safe.

When it was time to leave Akumal, the driver was early in picking us up, which eased our stress. Our driver back to the airport was Pedro. He was quiet, but friendly. Trip was easy and safe. Thanks! Would recommend this company to other!

“To Holbox: Kind, prompt & reliable service”

As it turned out, figuring how to get to Isla Holbox from Cancun turned out to be difficult with help (or lack of it thereof) of useless advice from personal in our Cancun resort, but the online chat function of Cancun Cab saved us. Response was immediate, informative and polite. Federico at Cancun Cab set us up for a return trip to Chiquila. The big van was a good ride for the 3h oneway trip and the drivers were great (thanks Alexandro!). We also talked these guys over phone and found out that they speak excellent english and take responsibility see that all goes well with the reservation (e.g. that the driver is actually picking us up at right time etc).

“Reliable, friendly, safe!”

We visited Cancun for the first time and arranged airport pickup and drop off with Cancun Cab via their website. We didn't pay online; we paid in cash at the time of pickup. The instructions were super clear that we received via email (e.g., "when you get through customs, go through the glass doors to your right, and we will be outside with blue pants and khaki shirts with these two logos on them"). A gentleman that matched the description was waiting with a card with my name on it, and he radioed the van that would take us to our resort. We waited about 5-10 minutes for the cab to arrive, and we were on our way. While we were waiting for the cab, we arranged the time we'd get picked up out front the resort for our return trip.

When our trip was over, we got out front about 5 minutes earlier than the arranged pickup time, and Javier from Cancun Cab was already there waiting for us to take us back to the airport! Javier was very friendly, spoke good English, and humored me while I practiced my Spanish with him on the trip back.

I will definitely use Cancun Cab for my next Cancun visit.

“Reliable and affordable cab service in Cancún!”

I'm going to be honest, like my other reviews I am a little hesitant when I read bad comments, but noticed there were more good than bad, so I gave them a try. Booking was easy, driver was on time to pick us up at the airport, had a welcome sign with my name which I immediately identified. We decided to pay when we arrived. Our driver was super friendly, our cab (suburban SUV) was newer model and clean. On the day of our departure, Alberto our driver was on time at the hotel to take us to the airport. Again, super friendly and the drive was super smooth and safe, specially when you have young children, as a mom I always worry about the safety of my kids. “Excellent and Afordable transportation at Cancun airport”

We recently booked the Cancun Cab, Blue Oval transportation to our hotel in Playacar from the Cancun airport. It is an hour ride and there were 8 of us. It was half the price of other companies and it was a private van. We were very pleased and booked for the trip from hotel to airport in return. The company is very nice and helpful. “The best in transportation!”

Fantastic service! They were at the airport waiting for us, we were in our own private bus within minutes of exiting the airport, and travel was a breeze with these guys! Javier picked us up on our return to the airport, and he will be requested for every trip from here on! He was running a few minutes late due to traffic, and called to let us know! “Cancun-Cab service to the airport”

This is not my first review of Cancun Cab but I need to update their service. I live in Puerto Aventuras and I have many visitors and have recently had to make several trips to the U.S. for medical reasons. My last trip to the airport meant a cab picking me up at my residence at 4:00 am. Even though it was pouring rain which meant slow going Antonio got me to the airport with time to spare. Typically, on my return trip, they were there with a sign with my name on it and got me home quickly and safely. (I returned in a wheelchair, no problem). Malena, a woman who helped a lot with the booking speaks English , is helpful and very pleasant. These guys are reliable and friendly. In over 12 various trips for my friends and me they have never let me down. CHEERS for Cancun Cab!

“We will be using this company again”

Very good service, the drivers were very friendly and the ride to and from hotel was smooth. An employee was waiting for us with a sign with our names to make the identification of our service easier. Most importantly they were on time to pick us up for our return flight. If we ever go back to Cancun area, we are most definitely using this company again.

“Javier is the man.”

On a previous trip we struggled getting a shared bus and went to 8 different hotels before arriving with very little savings. This time, seeing the testimonials for cancun-cab we gave it a try. We walked out the door ignoring everyone until we saw a sign with our name. We were at the hotel within 15 minutes. On our pickup we met Javier who filled us in on the area, the people and the beers on our ride back. Excellent driver, honorable and hard working guy. “Looking for a safe cab... Found it!”

Es la segunda vez que los contrato para aeropuerto hotel aeropuerto, ciertamente la relación precio valor es excelente desde el 2012 a la fecha mientras no rente carro en cancun esta será mi compañía de traslado, perdí el vuelo original de ida a cancun y les hablé les si el número de vuelo nuevo y cuando llegue ahí estaban, con esta empresa sólo preocúpate por tu vuelo y tu hotel que el traslado déjalo en sus manos seas un pasajero o sean 50, a todo el mundo se los recomiendo felicitaciones !

“Reliable & worry free”

The website booking is easy and convenient. Prepayment is not necessary. As expected, we were greeted by an agent waiting with a sign, with our name. After exiting the airport, waited 5 minutes for the private vehicle pick up. Dropped off to our hotel in Cancun without any difficulties. Pick up for return to the airport was timely as scheduled and again, no surprises. The rates are very competitive and will be using their services again.

“Great Cab Company!”

My partner and I booked Cancun-Cab for our trip to and from the airport and our resort and were not disappointed. We don't like to pay for foreign cabs in advance and were pleased to find Cancun-Cab, that will allow you to book in advance without payment. When we made our way past all the salesmen in the airport, we found our names on a sign and knew we found Cancun-Cab, which whisked us directly to our resort, Iberostar Cancun. We paid in advance for the return trip ($50 total) and were happy we didn't have to wait for the van to fill with other tourists. The cab arrived early on our departure day and we made it to the airport in no time. We would definitely recommend Cancun-Cab and would definitely use them ourselves again!.

“Private taxi to Riviera Maya”

WE booked this service for 4 of us to Riu Riviera Maya. I booked a round trip. We arrived at the airport and skipped all the timeshare people. When we got out side we found a gentleman with sign that had our name on it. We waited about 5 minutes for our van to arrive. I paid the gentlemen $100 for the round trip and a receipt was provided. The drive was smooth. I tipped the driver $10. On the way back our driver was waiting for us in the looby of the hotel. He had a nice SUV for us.

“Buen Transporte, Mejor Precio”

Encontre esta empresa navegando en internet, y por el buen precio en comparación con sus competidores tenia mis dudas.. Pague por internet con PayPal y me llego mi correo de confirmacion e itinerario de llegada, Fuimos 8 personas a un hotel en la Riviera Maya, llegando a Playa del Carmen. Como nos lo indicaron una persona uniformada y con un letrero con mi nombre en mano nos recibio amablemente, nos asigno nuestro transporte, no era nueva la unidad pero si comoda, recuerden llevar la impresión del correo que te envíen por que lo necesitaran para abordar y si es viaje redondo para el regreso también.. Despues de 7 dias Regreso la unidad y nuestro buen amigo Juan Carlos a la hora indicada para llevarnos nuevamente a el aeropuerto, todo estuvo muy bien, todo lo necesario para un buen viaje, puntualidad, seriedad, buen precio y la excelente atención de nuestro conductor, El viaje redondo me costo la tercera parte de lo que me cobraban al contratar este servico en el hotel. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, solo recuerden que es un buen servicio pero no es de lujo...

“Worry Free when you book with Cancun-Cab”

For the last 2 trips this year to Cancun. I have used Cancun-Cab and I have to say that I didn't regret for using their service. All you need to do is booking on line providing your name for the sign, your arrival / departure times, airline name and flight #, # of passengers. They will be right at the gate outside the airport with your name on their hand. You should book a return trip. They will have cold bottle water for you in the van and they will pick you up on your return on time in front of your resort. Their staff are so friendly and professional during your trip, it would be nice to tip them if you are happy with their service. My last return trip, their van broke down and they called our resort front desk to let us know and ask our front desk to get us another car to the airport and they will pick up the cost. Marlene Benavides from office is so wonderful for making sure we arrive on time, my friends' flight was delayed till next day and she arranged for their pick up next day.

“Fantastic save of time during my trip september 7 to 14, 2013”

It was my first time using Cancun-Cab. I usually travel to Riviera Maya area of Tulum, in September and November each year. Last year following a bad experience by wasting time over 2:30 hrs. each trip by taking the shuttle bus from Cancun airport to Tulum, this year I paid 130$ for a round trip with Cancun-Cab and it took 55 minutes each ride. I arrived at the hotel much more earlier than other tourists. At this time of the year, the shuttle bus stop at 6 or 7 hotels before arriving at our hotel. From now I will always take Cancun-Cab. On my ride return to the Airport, the driver Javier was a so wonderful entertainer, he right on time at the departure from our hotel. He was a fantastic Española and Mayan teacher. We share a lot of knowledge between us and for shore next year I will ask for Javier to be our driver. Just to bad the ride was not longer to the airport. Best regards to you dear Javier. I did quite a bit of research before choosing our mode of transportation from Cancun airport to our resort. Cancun Cab was well reviewed and for a good reason. They were professional, on time, and a great price. “Excellent!”

We got round trip for 6 people $100 to playa del Carmen, The service was fantastic when we arrived at the airport they were holding a sign with our name so it was very easy to locate them, we were waiting for our friends coming in on another flight that was 30 minutes after ours and they didn't mind waiting even called around and checked when the plane was landing and told us when they arrived. I sadly don't remember the first drivers name :( but he was very funny and nice. Picking us up they were on time and the driver Ramón was very kind. If ever in Mexico again I will definitely use their service.

Contrate el servicio en viaje redondo para dos camioneta de 10 personas y pago en efectivo. Su puntualidad es magnífica, ya que cuando salí del aeropuerto ya se encontraban ahí esperando y llegaron 10 minutos antes de la hora propuesta para regresarnos al aeropuerto. Extiendo una AMPLIA FELICITACIÓN AL CONDUCTOR RAMON con el que me toco el viaje redondo, el sabado 31 de agosto hacia el hotel y el jueves 05 de septiembre hacia el aeropuerto. Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto, puntuales, nos llevaron sin problema al hotel y muy amables el conductor y el ayudante. tan asi que contratamos con ellos un viaje a TULUM y fue magnífico, el conductor muy amable y hasta de guía nos sirvió, el regreso del hotel al aeropuerto estuvo bién, era otro conductor, tal vez simplemente con otro carácter no tan amigable, en general muy bién.

“Excelente servicio al mejor precio”

Es la segunda vez que contratamos a Cancun-Cab para los traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Excelente servicio, puntualidad y honradez. Los choferes super amables, manejan prudentemente, están a la hora pactada y con una conversación muy amena. La primera vez que los contratamos se nos olvidó una mochila en el trayecto del hotel al aeropuerto, con cartera y efectivo dentro, cargadores y una videocámara!!!! Llamé a la Srita. que nos atendió inmediatamente nos dimos cuenta del olvido y el chofer amablemente acudió nuevamente al aeropuerto a entregárnosla, no nos faltaba ni un peso!!!! Por supuesto que los recomendamos y los volveremos a contratar en nuestras próximas vacaciones, además que el precio es el mejor!.

“Punctual”

I did not buy the shuttle package for transfers from airport to hotel via travelocity, It appeared to me to be expensive. I searched and found Cancun-Cab for $100 round trip, Family of 4, When I arrived at Cancun, there was an agent holding up a sign with my name, waiting for me outside, the suburban quickly arrived and drove only us to our hotel, I still had my doubts on the return, but he showed up at the hotel and brought us back to the airport. Would highly recomend.

“Airport/Ruins of Coba”

We used Cancun Cab for the airport transfer and a one day excursion to Coba. The airport was smooth both ways just as promised - easy and comforting. The trip to Coba was even better. Our driver for the day was Gustavo. He was wonderful - friendly, helpful and informative. He helped us figure out the best way to explore Coba, where to buy souvenirs, and drove very safely. That was part of his job and he did it well. More than that - he was just a genuinely nice guy. He bought us fruit, told stories, shared bug spray with us and made us feel at home. It was a great experience, and I can't recommend Gustavo highly enough!

“Great Cab Service”

We recently went to Cancun as a family, including a 1 year old baby. We pre-booked Cancun Cab online, which was a super smooth process. The minute we stepped out of the airport, Cancun Cab was right there waiting for us, with our name on a sign. We got the round-trip fare, and the price was very reasonable. The return trip was also super smooth and right on time. The only small glitch -- we requested a child car seat, not knowing what to expect. The child car seat is a forward facing booster. The seat wasn't buckled in tight; it was easily moved. I just sat next to the seat and kept my hand on it to hold it still. Still, better than nothing.

“Totalmente confiable”

Reservé por internet súper fácil y sin anticipos, pagando a la llegada, el trayecto Cancún - Tulum - Cancún y quedé gratamente sorprendida del excelente servicio. Desde la llegada al aeropuerto ya estaban esperándonos. Puntuales, profesionales y competentes de principio a fin. Los choferes perfectamente capacitados, manejan muy bien y con mucho cuidado. Las vans son amplias y en excelente estado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Es mucho mejor y más barato que rentar un auto.

“Was very convenient to have prearranged ride”

As soon as we got outside the airport terminal, we found our greeter. He had our info and had me sign the slip and confirmed the return trip for the end of the vacation. We had to wait probably about 10 minutes for the van to return. It was very comfortable for our family of 5 and we were the only people in the van. The cost was $60 which we paid the driver in U.S. dollars.

“Reliable, comfortable, good price”

Used Cancun-Cab for transportation to and from Excellence Playa Mujeres and found them to be reliable, comfortable and competitively priced. Online booking and payment was easy (www.cancun-cab.com). We arrived at Cancun 45 minutes early but our "host" was waiting and had a van for us within 10 minutes. On the return trip, they picked us up right on time in a very comfortable SUV. Note to Cancun newbies -- after you get your bags, walk straight out to the driveway. Do NOT get waylaid by the folks inside trying to sell you other transportation, time-share tours, etc.

I always purchase our transportation there the travel agency to be safe,this time I decided to take a pchance and purchase my own transportation and after checking Cancun-Cab out I decided to take a chance and boy were we very happy and pleased with Cancun-Cab. When we came out of the airport Gustano Ramos was waiting for us with a sign,he gave us a bottle of cold water and was very friendly ,he gave us some helpfull information and the car was very clean and very nice.Our return trip we agree to be picked up at the hotel at 12:00 and 12:01 Juan Carlos arrived right on time which was a huge fear of my.He also was very nice and helpfull.I cannot express how happy we were with Cancun Service and will call them again when we return back. “Javier is the best!”

Pick up was easy, they were waiting with our name on a sign, just as stated. Our ride to our hotel was um...scary. Our driver was a bit of a maniac, riding up everyone's bumper, driving too fast, slamming on the brakes. I was squeezing my husband's arm so tight I left a mark!

I was a bit nervous when it was time to go home, we'd have the same driver, we didn't we had Javier. He was wonderful! I felt safe, he was genuinely pleasant, and was very informative.

Even though, the pickup was nerve wracking, I would absolutely book again and recommend Cancun cab, it was reasonable to Playa Del Carmen, and private.

“Affordable and reliable”

They are very on time. My flight was delayed for 4 hrs, I thought they will leave, but they waited for me outside of the airport, even though I did not pay anything in advance. It gives you great rates, if you go through a regular cab, it costs about 45 dollars one way, they give me 60 for round trip. Highly recommended!.

“Cancun-Cab great service”

My aunt booked Cancun-Cab for 19 of us. We got 3 vans with one arriving and leaving at a different time than the other 2. The representative was waiting for us outside the airport terminal. We waited for a few minutes for him to phone the driver. We were then driven to the hotel. The van was comfortable for 9 people. The driver who drove us to the hotel did not say anything. A week later we were picked up at the hotel on time by Javier who was very pleasant. My cousin spoke Spanish with him. He dropped us off at our respective terminals. I strongly recommend booking transportation on line with Cancun-Cab.

Was it little difficult to find the driver because of the sheer number of reps outside in the pick up area. Once i found the rep, waited few mins for the van to arrive. Was in the lobby within 30mins of pickup. Our driver, Juan Carlos was a hilarious guy. Very friendly, and was willing to answer any questions we had.

For the return trip, picked up at the hotel right on time.

NO complaints, flawless transaction. I would definitely used Cancun Cab again.

“Fast, reliable and friendly service”

We used tripadvisor to find out about cancun cab service and we didn't regret the choice. The drivers for both trips were very friendly and nice. The moment we got out the terminal, we were able to find the guy with my name on it. Reliable service. Would recommend to my friends or ppl who read reviews on trip advisor. “Best Shuttle Service Ever with no surprises”

I travel a lot and don't like to pay in advance for taxi service, however I have no problem paying in advance next time with this company. Very dependable,courteous and safe drivers was my experience. You don't have to call for pick ups like other companies, they will be there on time. While we were waiting at the airport for our flight I decided very minute to book a taxi to pick us up once we arrived in cancun. It was easy to book and only $50 round trip which is so afforable compared to other taxis. When we arrived in Cancun there were about 50+ people holding up signs to pick up people. I thought to myself how are we going to find our guy. And then we hear a voice louder than everyone else yell my name and there we went! They were friendly and on time both ways, and gave us great advice! Will def reccomend there services and use them the next time around.

“Good value and service”

After being faced with a $90 charge to get from the airport to our hotel, we choice to look into alternatives and glad we did. At Cancun airport, you will be faced with lots of people offering transportation and tours. I was relieved to see a sign with my name on, after booking online. We were taken to a lovely vehicle (no idea what it was; a big jeep type vehicle). The driver was very informative of the area and really polite. For $50 we had a round trip journey, and the pick up was prompt in terms of Mexican time. Great value.

“Great deal and service!”

Walking out of the Cancun airport can be scary with everyone trying to sell you a ride, but then you see the little sign with your name on it and a smiling face and feel at ease. This company was totally efficient and affordable. We used them for our airport transportation in Cancun, and our tour to Chichen Itza (see review for Cancun Passion) and couldn't have had a better experience. Our ride to the hotel was quick and quiet so we had no complaints, but our ride back to the airport was absolutely legendary. Our driver was named Gustavo and he was so friendly and outgoing with us and our children. We chatted enjoyably and he even gave us a brief tour on the way to the airport. He said that he also did tours for the company and from our experience we'll definitely be looking into doing a tour with him on our next trip. Easy to book, easy to use and totally good deal. Highly recommended.

“Ontime and hassle free”

If you have been in the Cancun airport, you know that there is a mad house of people trying to get your cab money once you walk out of the departure area. Rid yourself of the mental stress by pre-registering with cancun cab. Based on the recommendation on this site, we gave it a try and the company is as hassle free as noted. The driver came sharply on time (to/from airport), and the van is nice & clean. Kids under 5 are not counted as paying passengers, which is even better.

Highly recommended. The fee is reasonable and is cheaper than the some of the links provided by the official airport web site.

Our trip was from the airport to the hotel zone.

We booked Blue Oval for a Cancun airport pickup and transfer to our hotel in Puerto Morelos, and return...easy to book on-line (and pre-pay via PayPal if you want, which we did). The confirmation and site provides detailed instructions on where to find and recognize your Blue Oval/Cancun Cab greeter (which can be useful if you're running the time-share gauntlet in the main Cancun arrivals terminal). As promised, our greeter was right there as we cleared customs & immigration, we were on our way in 5 minutes tops - same on the return trip, they were actually 5-10 minutes early for our pickup (which is great since it cuts down on the "getting to the airport anxiety")...best price that I was able to find, and I looked a lot!

The Best Transportation Blue Oval is great. Easy to book on line and pay on arrival. The rep was waiting for us right where we were told he would be. Contraté el servicio de transfer de ida y vuelta (redondo) del aeropuerto al hotel por internet, y tuve la confirmación en el momento en mi correo. “Tulum-Coba private tour and airport transfers”

Our thanks go to Gustavo, our guide, and the amazing Xavier, our guide for a wonderful private tour of Tulum and Coba. While other companies might give a lower price for private tours, you can be assured of professional, knowledgeable service with Cancun Cab. Xavier has studied the solar astronomy and Mayan history and culture of the sites. He is obviously highly regarded by other guides and we felt as though we were being guided by an expert. Gustavo was personable, welcoming and a great driver, of a brand-new comfortable vehicle.

Airport transfers were efficient, dependable, and accommodated our Walmart grocery store stop.

Highly recommended!

“Excellent transfert qualité/prix”

Nous avons acheté par internet ce moyen de navette entre l'aéroport de Cancun et notre hôtel à Playa Del Carmen. Pour seulement 100 USD A/R pour une famille de 4 personnes en navette privée, quoi demander de plus. Le chauffeur nous attendait à notre arrivée à Cancun et était à l'heure à l'hôtel pour le retour. “Mayan Magnificence”

The ruins of Chichen Itza are an absolute must unless you're on spring break and only interested in partying. This tour is of an entire ancient Mayan city with so much to see and learn. Be sure to swim in the 'cenote' which is offered with most tours. Also, try the local LEON beer brand; it's a good brew.

This is the second year that we have used Cancun-Cab for transportation from the airport in Cancun to our renal in Puerto Aventuras. Again, the service was excellent: prompt, friendly and efficient! “Cancun cab delivers”

A few weeks ago my wife , daughter and mother in law went to the maya riviera. Our resort was one of the last ones on the strip and using trip advisor we had read that on some occasions a hour and 20 min drive could turn into 3!! So my wife booked us private transfer through cancun cab and what a great experience it was!! Our driver Juan Carlos was excellent! Prompt on time and friendly. Next time we return we will definitely be booking a private transfer through them!!.

“Amazing service!!”

We originally had just booked our to & from the airport and that alone we received great service. Our original flight coming in was changed and just one e-mail to Marlene and she confirmed they would be there at the new time. We were even delayed coming out of the airport due to lost luggage but they were right there waiting for us with our name on the sign which was so nice after spending the entire day travelling. We were ready to get to our hotel and just enjoy the holiday.

During our holiday we wanted to go to the ruins one day with our cousins which were staying at a different resort so we e-mailed Marlene and she was great with putting together a package for the day. To be able to have the van for the day with Javier as our driver made our trip to the ruins so enjoyable. We didn't have to worry about hiring cabs along the way or where to put our bags while we went to the ruins.

We ended up having Javier as our driver for all three trips and he was just incredible. He speaks really good english and was able to tell us about the area throughout our trips.

We would highly recommend using Cancun Cab company to anyone needing transportation while they are in the area. Great service and affordable prices.

“Great, reliable transportation”

Everything went just as described - simple and smooth. Our driver on the return trip from the resort back to the hotel was particularly splendid. Javier, our driver, was helpful, fun, informative and had a great sense of humor.

I highly recommend Cancun Cab. Our friends took another transfer and had to endure stops at 4 other resorts before reaching theirs.

Excelente servicio esperandonos en el aeropuerto de Cancun, los choferes amables y manejan bastante bien y prudentes. Nos recogieron exactamente a la hora que quedaron en el hotel para el viaje de regreso al aeropuerto, super confiables y el mejor precio que consegui online. En abril que regresamos definitivamente los volveremos a contratar. “Only way to and from airport!”

This is our 8th time to the Cancun/Riviera Maya. In the past, our transportation to and from our hotels has been in the shuttle services. You trip takes about 45min to an hour more because they make you share the ride with other people and unless you are the first stop, it takes longer to get to your destination because you have to stop at everyones hotels to drop them off until your stop. We have a family of three and it usually ran us about $145.00 for the round trip.

This year we found Cancun Cab on the internet. This is the only way I will ever get to and from the airport again. They met us right out front with our family name on their sign, on time and picked us up to depart right on time. No sharing rides and the drivers and staff very friendly. And only $100.00 (3 people) round trip to the Riviera Maya area. If you are going to the Cancun hotel zone, it is a lot less.

This is the only way to go!!!!!!!.

“Great as Usual”

This was our second time using Cancun Cab and will not be the last. So much easier with private transfer. You do not have to share the ride and make multiple stops. Came real close to missing our flight because of this with a different service. Price is reasonable and service has been perfect. Always on time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I have been telling as many people as possible about this while on vacation as alot of people are not aware of Cancun Cab and said they will try them on their next trip.

I was a little concerned doing business via Paypal, but turned out excellent! Our plane landed on 2/2 at Cancun airport but got delayed for over an hour in the Customs line...and once we got through the circus, there was our driver with a sign with my name on it. I could not be happier and he was bilingual which made it easier. Ten minutes later we were on our way to the hotel. The driver was great and pointed out some new restaurants. Our return was just as easy, the driver was at the hotel about 15 minutes early and we had a nice ride back.

“Airport Transfer”

We booked a transfer online to a Condo on Jan 6/13 and return from the Flamingo on Feb 5/13 for $50. Was concerned about returning from a different location. Had nothing to worry about worked out great! Was at the condo within 1 1/2 hr. of our plane landing. Had a shuttle van to ourselves there and back! Very clean vans! “Could be bettered...”

It was not bad, but could have been far better ! I did book a round trip from the Cancun airport to our hotel near Tulum. They weren’t the cheapest : 144 USD instead of 130 USD generally observed on the websites. Following their instructions meeting with them was quite easy : 20 meters in front of the airport exit, but then we had to wait 15 mn for the cab to come, it’s not awful but after an 11 hours long-haul flight we would have appreciated a disponible van. The van was confortable and the driver offered us cooled water bottles. On the return trip from the hotel the driver was 15 mn late, he did warn us by the bell boy of our hotel as we were waiting for him. It’s OK. The major incident was : we were having an AF flight to Paris and the driver maintained that the flight was starting at Terminal 2 instead of Terminal 3 on our records, so he left us there, I trusted him for a best knowledge of the air companies check-in desks...but it was not true and we had to wait for the airport shuttle and take it towards terminal 3, thanks for the inconvenience ! We understood later he made a confusion with XL airways starting to Paris too quite at the same time but from terminal 2. I would suggest this company to make their drivers learn a minimun of these recurrent details for their job or at least not let them give customers such unsuitable advices.

“Great Pick Up--Lousy Return”

I picked Cancun cab based on Trip Advisor's reviews, and their low price. They quoted $105 round trip from the Cancun Airport to the Ferry Terminal at Playa Del Carmen. They did a good job with the pick up, although they did not have the name I asked for on the sign, they were showing my first name when I arrived at the Cancun airport. The dispatch agent at the Cancun airport was quick, efficient,and got us on our way. We were offered water and beer for the ride, and had our own large van for two people. The Drop off was very close to the ferry terminal. We only had to walk about 2-3 blocks.

The return pick up was more problematic--the driver was there, but he was not very helpful: Here is what we found when we went looking for the driver at the meeting point outside Senor Frogs at Playa Del Carmen: The driver was a tiny kid with bruised right arm!! He could barely see over the steering wheel. The name on his license said Juan Carlos, but that was the same name car had on Saturday on our way out. The driver had a pad with my name written in fine pen and he held it flat up so I couldn't read it and looked asleep but we figured it was him. We asked him to take bag, he said 'yes' and started off without it so I waited for him to wake up. Then we walked and walked and walked up long hill, over stony lot, down steep drive, across more rocks to car he obviously just found - had to ask someone. Then I asked for water - ice melted, water warm. So he drives pretty slow and eventually dropped me on street near door of airport.

“These guys rock!”

We used them airport transportation from CUN to Desires. Our flight out of ATL was delayed two hours and I was stressing out about the cab. I emaild them from my phone. Got a reply within 5 min telling me they were already aware of the delay.

Walked out the front door of the terminal and there was their uniformed man with a sign with our mane on it.

They told us what time they would pick us up for our return and showed up exactly on time!

Will certainly use them again. I actually think it would be worth using Cancun Cab even if you are on one of those FJ trips that load everyone on a big bus to make the "mike round" dropping off people at several resorts.

“Parfait”

Tout s'est bien passé. De plus mon hôtel(Maya Del Carmen) n'était pas sur leur liste et Marlene Benavides (par mail interposé sans paiement au préalable) s'est occupée de tout et franchement je l'a remercie vivement. “Great pick up and drop off service!”

Used Cancun Cab for roundtrip pickup from hotel. Thanks for the ease of signing up online via PayPal, which at first concerned me. But it worked out fine. Alberto picked us up, was very helpful in suggestions of activities to do in Cancun offered us cold bottled water, complimentary, and Juan Carlos picked us up on time when we had to leave. It was a better deal than any other offered, including our hotel , and the service was great. It was $60 rt and I tipped each gentleman $5 each. We were 6 passengers. “Use this company”

I arrived in Cancun and had made a reservation before I flew back to the states for a pick up at the Cancun airport. It was a very long process getting through immigration and customs but as soon as I crossed the cross walk they were there. I had a private ride back to Puerto Aventuras with Alberto as my driver and he was the best! He is a friendly, careful driver, unlike some who go WAY too fast. I highly recommend this service. I live in Puerto Aventuras, will use them again and tell my friends.

“Great way to get from the airport to the hotel”

Had never been to Cancun so getting from the airport to the hotel was a concern. Found Cancun Cab on the internet and booked the ride to and from the hotel. It worked out real well, everything and everyone were on time clean and pleasant. After booking hotel to airport transportation noted that they also had tours, we booked the Chichen Itza tour, it was very good and the tour guides were excellent. “Great Experience with Cancun Cab”

We went to Cancun from Jan 16th to 22th and we were very stressed about transportation. The day before we left for Cancun we found Cancun Cab on the Internet. We called, they asked our flight numbers and that was it! They assured us that they will trace our planes so when we arrived there was a guy waiting for us at airport. While we were going to our hotel, the driver explained to us many interesting things about mexico and cancun. When we arrived to our hotel, the driver showed us a sheet in which they had programmed the returning trip at a perfect hour for our departure flight so we didnt have to worry about that during our vacations. At the last day the guy was in our hotel lobby at the programmed hour. Cancun cab is an excelent company!

“Best Service Available”

We've been to Cancun three times ... and anyone who has been there knows that one of the most stressful parts of the trip is sorting through transportation. We found these guys at 11pm the night before we left, booked it on our iphones, and had a confirmation back from the owner hours later. When our flight was delayed, Marlene took excellent care to make sure that our ride was waiting exactly where they promised. We'll never use another company. These guys are great!

“Best Price I have found for airport transfer and reliable”

My wife and I, my Niece and her Boyfriend, my nephew and his girlfriend all used this service for the first time because we arrived on different days and times we all had to book seperate trips. It was $50 roundtrip plus an optional tip for two people and would have only been about $65 for all 6 if we arrived together. Much cheaper than what the hotels try to sell you on. We prepaid on line and they verified by email, driver was waiting outside the terminal with a card with our name on it as promised. For all three couples they were perfect, same with the return pick up from the hotel, they were there early. I strongly recommend a private transfer like this especially when you leave so you are not late for your flight due to others being picked up. I will use them again!

“Great Experience”

I was a little nervous hiring a van service to and from my hotel because this part of the trip could make it or break it for me and family. After a long plane ride, I want everything to be easy and just get to my hotel quickly. With so many services to choose from, I somehow wondered onto Cancun-cab, partly because they were the cheapest and had very good reviews. Well I can attest to that as well. My private van to the hotel was nice and clean with air conditioning. I forgot the name of the driver but he was very pleasant as well. They actually told me what time they were going to come pick us up at the hotel for the return to the airport which was nice because I had no idea. I was a little nervous they may not show up as I didn't call the day before to remind them. Well they were right on time and the trip back was just as easy and comfortable as the ride to the hotel. I will definetely use Cancun-cab again!!!

“Amazing service and wonderful company to work with”

I've now done two trips with Cancun Cab, an airport transfer and also a Chichen Itza trip. Both were flawless! I am also taking them from Cancun to Playa tomorrow! The Chichen Itza trip was so well done. The driver Gustavo organized it so we could skip the queue's and had an English speaking private tour guide waiting for us at the entrance. He also went out of his way to fulfill several personal requests during the trip! This is a top notch company and they are just simply excellent in their service!

“The best!!”

Also we have with 4 persons made use of the transfers from Cancun-Cab.The service and skill of the drivers was enormous. We also have a private excursion to Chitzen Itza with them. Our driver called Gustavo was a nice man who has created in us by themselves introducing Chitzen Itza to enter.He was a whole day in our company but you noticed there nothing of.We also have lunch with him, really cosy! When we collected again after our holiday were to go to the airport, we were disappointed that Gustavo was not our driver,I think he has a day of. “Use for airport transfer to hotel”

I booked our round trip airport to hotel transportation with this company based on Trip Advisor reviews. They were great. For $50.00 round trip, they met us at the airport with a sign with our name and we since it's private and not a shuttle service, we were taken straight to our hotel. You tell them your outgoing flight time and they tell you what time they'll pick you up to take you back to the airport. They are at the airport when we arrived and they picked us up at the time they told us.

PS One idea I had is to perhaps make the directions at the airport a little simpler and clearer. All we needed to know was that when leaving Termimal 3, walk straight out of the door, cross the crosswalk, and meet the driver. The mention of the Margaritaville on the right in the directions made me think I had to turn right, walk past the Margaritaville, and then look for a croswalk (and of course there is no crosswalk). Just sharing an idea, thanks.

“Perfect, easy!”

So great! Everything was cheap, on schedule and as promised! We felt like ballers having our own van to ourselves to and from the airport, plus we did a private trip to Coba. Our same driver Ramon did all our trips and was very nice (he did not speak English well but that didn't bother us). Especially helpful in helping us get money changed on the spot at Coba when we didn't have enough pesos on us.

“Wonderful Experience”

My boyfriend and I just came back from a 5 day vacation in Cancun. We used Cancun Cab to transport us round trip (took us to the hotel and they picked us up on our departure day). The guy who met us at the airport was so friendly. Our cab hadn't arrived yet but the gentleman had a sign with our name to flag us down and walked us over the the correct area to wait. He waited with us and was very chatty and nice. It was the perfect first impression of Cancun.

Our cab driver to the hotel was completely silent, which was unexpected based on the reviews we read here. But the ride was fast and smooth so, no real complaints. On the way back, they arrived 10 minutes early which was great. We had already paid for both cab rides on the first day so there were no hiccups whatsoever.

Our driver back to the airport was Javier. Javier is AWESOME. He was the most enjoyable cab driver we've ever had, which says a lot coming from 2 NYCers. He was such a nice guy and so down to earth, he earned a big tip from us and hopefully others as well. He made the last bit of our trip totally awesome, especially considering we were sad to leave Cancun.

“EXCELENTE SERVICIO”

Sin duda alguna fue la mejor opción que pudimos encontrar ya que con otras empresas el traslado es carísimo aún siendo compartido y aquí encontramos el servicio privado a la mitad de precio de lo que en otras empresas lo ofrecen compartido. Desde que salimos del aeropuerto ya nos estaban esperando con nuestro nombre y no pasaron ni 5 minutos cuando ya estaba lista la camioneta que nos llevaría al hotel, la camioneta muy cómoda, muy bien cuidada, el chofer muy atento, nos regaló una botellita de agua ya incluidas en el servicio. Para nuestro regreso ya teníamos contratado nuevamente el servicio y ya estaba hasta programado, ha sido la empresa de transporte mas puntual que hemos contratado, sin ningun tipo de contratiempo, sin dudarlo se convertirá en nuestra empresa de traslados en Cancún y la Riviera Maya. No nos sacaron foto =/ ¿a quiénes se las sacan?

“3 people - $35 to Cancun”

Cancun Cab worked out well. The guys had navy pants and navy and tan shirts. There were signs with our names on it. Ours was a bit more difficult because 2 of us arrived at terminal 3 on American, and 1 at terminal 2 on Air Tran. Both places had signs. We took a free shuttle from terminal 3 to terminal 2 because we got there first. Just be aware that there are lots and lots of men holding up signs when you first get out of the airport. Go by the navy and tan clothes.

“Excellent service, Competitive price”

We used the round transfer from Cancun to OGX. We ended up coming out of airport 30 mins late. It was hectic and wan't easy to find the greeting person. I spoke with 3~4 different companies agents to get the right person to speak with. The greeting person showed me the logo of Blue oval and we were all relieved. Our driver, Juan, wore the the official Blue oval uniform which was described by email. Overall, it took 5~10 mins to find and get on board. Juan was very helpful. The van wasn't the nicest but very suitable for what we needed. We payed cash and signed multiple forms, checked the departing hour, date, everything I expected. The transfer was smooth, on-time, very pleasing.

Will use this company again and again.

“Great cab service”

The driver and greeter were great and on-time. The mini van was comfortable. They provided a car seat. They drove safely. Pre-travel communication was prompt and helpful. The price was very reasonable and they accept paypal. It is a car service so I'm not sure what more needs to be said but I would recommend Cancun Cab based on my experience. The Cancun airport can be hectic and there are some less than scrupulous service providers so booking ahead of time saves a headache and hassle.

“Excellent Service, Friendly, Good flat rate Highly recommended!”

Let me start with I accidentally booked the service twice, and was correctly charged for one.

We were greeted at the airport with our name and the man holding the sign was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our trip to the hotel was comfortable and the driver was friendly and was helpful in answering our questions.

When we were ready to leave our flight was canceled because of weather. I was able to call and change the pick up time the night before with no problem. I would highly recommend this cab company for transportation roundtrip from-to the airport.

Much cheaper, and way less confusion than getting a cab when you arrive. Can book online and pay with paypal before you travel.

These guys are fantastic. They were waiting for us at the airport with our name on a sign, right on time as we exited the terminal. We had the van to ourselves on both legs. “Super puntuales y amables!!”

“Why do anything else”

Second time using this cab company and it has been right on the money every time. For those of you that have never been to the Cancun area, getting out of the airport is a chore. I made reservations 6 months in advance and there was someone outside the airport, holding a sign with my name one it, with private transportation in a van, and with the beer I requested. When it was time to return to the airport the driver was right on time. Wir haben uns erst Einen Tag vor Abflug für Cancun-Cab entschieden, spontan online gebucht es hat Reibungslos funktioniert, wir wurden am Airport wie beschrieben mit Schild erwartet, sehr freundliche nette Mitarbeiter, Kommunikation auch in englisch gut möglich, freuen sich aber sehr über Spanische Worte, wir wurden direkt zum Taxiwarteplatz begleitet und haben keine 3 Minuten aufs Taxi gewartet.

Der Fahrer war sehr nett, zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche kaltes Wasser für die Fahrt.

Wir wollten nach Purto Morelos also knapp eine 30 minütige Fahrt,

Der Fahrer wenn ich mich richtig erinnere Ernesto...war sehr nett, hat viele Fragen beantwortet und Tips gegeben...(englisch spricht englisch aber freut sich über spanisches Gespräch)

Ernesto hat uns nach einer Woche auch wieder abgeholt uns sofort erkannt und freundlich erwartet und begrüßt!

Nach Gesprächen mit anderen... Günstiger und freundlicher hätten wir nicht gefahren werden können :-)

“Safe, Efficient, Responsive”

We booked Cancun-Cab based on other review with Tripadvisor and were very pleased with the outcome. Once we got past the gauntlet of hawkers and pedlers, Fernando was exactly where he said he would be holding the sign with our name on it. He got us loaded and introduced us to our "Robeer Dinero" look-a-like driver who was very informative, humorous and accomodating. We asked for a stop at a convenience store so we can buy snacks and refreshement to bring the condo and he was more than eager to oblige. We made the online payment pf $58 for the round trip service to the hotel zone in Cancun and on the day of our departure there was our cab, right on time and ready to go. The vehicles were modern, air conditioned and clean. I would certainly recommend this service to anyone visiting the Cancun/Cozumel area.

Usamos los servicios de Cancún-Cab en 4 oportunidades. Realmente lo que más destacamos es la puntualidad de sus choferes y cordialidad en la coordinación por parte de Marlene. Que le mejoraríamos? Dos cosas: La primera es que no sigan publicitando que esperan a los pasajeros con agua mineral para refrescarse si luego no lo van a hacer, y lo segundo que el personal que recibe a los pasajeros en el aeropuerto sea un poco más cordial en la recepción. Quizás ambas observaciones van de la mano. Lo que es indudable es que lo más importante que es confiabilidad y puntualidad lo cumplen perfectamente.

“Great Way To Get From Airport To Hotel & Back”

My wife and I just returned from Mexico and wanted to make sure I gave props to this company. While we were planning our trip, we noticed our transfers from the airport to the hotel and back were going to be $135USD per person and it would be in a shared ride. I did some research and found Cancun Cab! The total cost for both me and my wife was $90USD round trip from Cancun Airport to our Resort. The cabs or in our case, van, are all private! You are the only passengers. The best part is when you get off your flight and go outside, there is a rep there with a sign that has your name on it. Once you arrive they dispatch the cab (if it's not already there, in our case it was busy) and within 5 mins you're off to your resort. The driver was friendly and had plenty of bottled water for us. I was also amazed at how organized they were. They had all the information I gave them and they had vouchers for our return from the resort to the airport. They were on-time for our trip home and got us to the airport 2 hours early which was nice. THIS IS A GREAT DEAL! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

We just booked our airport transfers online. I have not experienced the service yet, but am already impressed with the savings! This company offers private service at half the price of the others because they do not charge a per person rate. Whether it is one person or 6, it's one rate. “Not to bad”

They picked us up at the airport where they said they would be. They had ther logo shirt on so easy to tell them apart from the rest. Beware of the Time Share folks. Just look down and don't make eye contact with them :-). Cancun- Cab did not get a 5 star rating as they did run 20 minutes late picking us up, however, it did just start to rain pretty heavily when it was time to pick us up and the driver said that he hit alot of traffic getting over to us. Which I agree it was raining bad and the traffic was slow getting to the airport so I will still give four stars.

“Cancun Cab Blue Oval transportation”

We purchesed this transportation service in advance. I opted to pay cash on arrival. I payed exactly what I was quoted. We got outside of the airport when our plane was supposed to arrive. We were early. They did not expect to see us so soon. Had sign with them,but not displayed as we were early. They were still easy to find. Got us to hotel in Playa del Carmen quickly and safely. Great service. Return trip about ten minutes late, apparently had a break down with a vehicle. They conntacted a different company to pick us up. Great back up plan. Great service, can't go wrong!!!.

“Whoa!”

First of all the walk out of the airport to the cab waiting area is CRAZY!!! All types of people are coming up to you trying to get you to come with them and they are very aggressive which I did not like especially with my children being there..mother cub almost struck! Then when the Cancun Cab driver started calling our name so did some other cab drivers and I actually walked up to an imposter, but my husband saw the right person with our sign with our name. They were very kind and courteous.It cost $58 rt for a family of 5 so i thought that was reasonable. The van was raggedy, check engine light on, transmission light on, and low fuel light on..ok I was concerned but we arrived safely. They picked us up on time so in all it was good.

Before we arrived in Cancun, we arranged transportation from and back to the Cancun airport to the ferry dock at Playa Del Carmen as our stay was in Cozumel. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and on time! They made changes to our reservation with no questions or problems.We were dropped at the dock and picked up at Sr. Frogs. The cost was competitive to a shared van and we had our own private van directly to and from the dock with no stops in between which allowed us to plan our exit exactly to maximize our last vacation day.

Made reservations online and elected to pay when we arrived. A Cancun-Cab rep was standing out front of the airport terminal holding a sign with our name on it. He was very friendly and courteous and our driver arrived within minutes. The rep confirmed our departure date/time and scheduled our pick-up. I paid for the service and was given a sheet of paper with all the information. The vehicle that drove us to our resort wasn't in the best of running condition but we made it with no problems. On our date of departure the driver was prompt and had no problems getting to the airport.

We were given a couple of bottles of cold water and away we went. I used paypal to charge in advance so it was easy. “Our transfers with Cancun-Cab”

I booked in advance our transfers from airport-hotel and hotel-airport with Cancun-Cab. I prepaid my transfers with PayPal and did not have to pay any more at our arrival. Everything was as his representative Marlene told me. Here recommendations were to not listen to people offering their services within the airport terminal and go directly outside of the terminal where Cancun Cab personnel will be waiting for us with uniform and carrying a sign with our name. That's was happened and then they took us directly to our hotel.

By mistake, I reported the return date incorrectly, after we waited 30 minutes after the pick up hour, I communicated with Marlene and she indicated me that she had scheduled for pickup the next day as per my email. Her resolved the issue by suggesting we take a hotel's taxi and staff of his company would be waiting at the airport to pay for it.

After all this hassle we also left a package in the hotel's taxi, I communicated with Marlene but she stated that she could not communicate with him and that she will inform the hotel contact, so he can communicate with the taxi driver to bring the package back the hotel. Once that package was at the hotel they would coordinate the delivery of the package to our home. Marlene was very helpful!

If traveling from the U.S. to Mexico I recommend you activate a text messaging package before you go, my communication with Marlene was mostly text messages which I save a lot of money.

“Friendly & Efficient”

I used Cancun Cab for the 1st time this week past, and it was fabulous. Booking online (from the US) was very easy and I really liked that I didn't have to pay up front. When I exited the airport the fellow from the company was standing exactly where the email said he'd be (despite me arriving almost 30 mins early), and both he and my driver were very friendly and made me feel at ease (my first trip to Mexico and a single female traveller). The price was half what the hotel had quoted me for a transfer, and the same driver picked me up for my return transfer right on time. I have absolutely no complaints & would use them again without hesitation. Had I realized they also did trips to attractions, I would probably have one that too!.

I read about Cancun-Cab the night prior to our vacation. I booked their services to take us from the airport to the Omni R/T for $58. For comparison, a friend who met us in cancun 2 hours later didn't pre-book transportation and paid $50 one way. The online transaction was very easy and took no more than 5 minutes. They quickly confirmed the reservation via email and were at the airport despite our flight landing 30 minutes early. I will definitely use their services every time I go to Cancun.

“Apart from beaches, probable the best thing in Cancun!”

We have been several times in Cancun, and Cancun Cab (Marlene) made organizing activities this time EASY! She was knowledgeable, she made comments and suggestions of my plans. “Great Service!”

We booked Cancun Cab on line for transfer to our rented condo in Puerto Aventuras and return to the airport. We arrived in Cancun on February 3 at night. We deplaned very quickly and got through customs and immigration without a hitch. As a result, we were waiting for our transfer shortly after arrival. I guess we were a little too quick, because we were there before them. However, our driver found us in a few minutes, and saved us from being scammed by airport taxi vultures, who wanted to charge us $160 for the trip to Puerto! Our driver, Umberto, gave us a couple of bottles of water, got us on the road and stopped for us to have a quick dinner and fhen continued on to Puerto. Without Umberto, I'm not sure if we would have found our rental... in the dark, in the rain, and with very limited Spanish. Thanks so much, Umberto! We were so pleased with the service we received, we recommended Cancun Cab to our fellow renters - their transport arrived on time, too. We were leaving at the end of March, and as our departure date approached, I emailed Marlene to confirm date and time. This was probably not necessary, but Marlene was patient and understanding of my concern. Our driver, Jesus, arrived early and got us to the airport in good time. For both trips, we travelled in an van, and we were the only passengers.

Service was excellent, drivers were polite and very helpful and rates were very reasonable - $100 return. Any questions we had were answered quickly.We paid with a travellers' cheque, but other options (cash/paypal) were available. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Thanks everyone!

“On Time / Easy to deal with”

Booked cancun-cab for airport to hotel zone round trip. Used trip advisor recommendations and wasn't disappointed. Easy to deal with on the web, easy to pay with secure transactions, and company quick to email back with 1 or 2 questions I had. Drivers were on time or early. Easy to recognize at airport taxi area with signs. Pleasant drivers. Overall, stress free transfer easy to arrange with good results..

“Cancun Cab>>best service ever!!”

I used Cancun cab last year in July and I am currently booking them again for April 12 2012. They're easy to communicate with via the web which is nice since they're in Mexico and I'm in the USA. They are very quick with their email responses. They have very fair and reasonable prices and they do not even require a deposit or prepayment. Like promised in their advertisement, they are very clean, friendly and on time!! The driver was waiting there for us as we exited the airport. The vehicle was very clean and air-conditioned. The driver had a uniform on (as they described in their ad.so we knew who to expect). The driver took our US cash for payment as our choice to only pay at pick up and we didn't even have to pay for the return until the same day we were going back home..even though we booked and priced as a round trip. I was extremely impressed with this company and that is why we are using them again this year. I highly recommend Cancuncab to anyone who wants a clean timely and value transportation in Mexico.

"Cancun-Cab/Oval Transportation - EXCELLENT SERVICE"

Pre-booked on their website for private car from Cancun Airport to Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort (about 25 minute ride); just as promised, outside holding a sign with my name on it!! Polite, convenient (pay in US American Dollars when you meet the person with your sign) $59.00 for round trip. Day of departure they were at my hotel lobby ahead of schedule!! Very polite, even stopped for us upon arrival at a local 7-11 and got us two ice cold beers!!! Would highly recommend. Best price around. Don't even make eye contact w/ ANYONE until your outside of the airport in the bright sunshine, then say the name of your service and only take the ride from the person holding your sign!!

"Great Service"

We used them when we came for a vacation in Playa Del Carmen. Someone waited for us outside the terminal with a sign and took us to the car. In the car they offered us water to drink which was great.

We asked for a car seat and it waited in the car just like we asked. The car was clean and we enjoyed the ride.

On the way back they driver came exactly on time and just like on the way to the hotel the way back was perfect.

Will use them again for sure if i will be in the area.

"Very Good Service"

We went to Puerto Morelos for 3 weeks. A few days before departure, I booked a return transfer with Blue Oval/ Cancun-Cab on line, When we arrived at the airport, they were waiting for us, took us to a clean van and 20 minutes later we were starting our vacation. On the return, they showed up early. Both drivers were courteous and drove safely.

“Cancun Cab/Blue Oval.....pretty good, great price”

researched 5 or 6 taxi services. Had a 3 leg trip. Got an immediate reply when emailed about pricing. Cancun Cab was by far the cheapest (20%). Met at the airport perfectly, met at the first resort 10 minutes early. 10 minutes late on airport trip from second resort. I gave myself extra time so it wasn’t a problem. Would have given 5 stars if they were on time.

“Blue oval , Cancun -Cab Best Private Transport Service great rates”

We found I feel one of the best Transport services from the airport to were we stayed 45 min. away. It is call Cancun -cab or Blue oval transport they are the same company. You can arrange online for private which takes from 2-8 people to your hotel and make it round trip. Our flight got delayed 2.5 hours but still the person was outside the door with my name on a sign and we were on our way took about 5 min. to leave the airport. We had a early flight out and they arrived 5:25am we had arranged a 5:30 am pickup. All this can be done online. the amount 90 dollars round trip for four people and 7 bags.
